It’s a good cheap motel, pretty run down but that’s what to expect when paying ~$50. Would I necessarily stay again? Only if I’m in need of a cheap place to crash for the night. Also the guy working the desk is pretty friendly.
This place is under new ownership and they are remodeling place and very clean rooms and nice quiet place I would recommend

Hotels along I70 booked due to heavy fog. Was going to sleep in the car & called here & got a budget friendly room. Really sweet & kind older lady helped me check in. Wanted to say thank you in Gujarati.
For the price it's a good room. Our bed was very comfortable and the area is quiet at night. I think all of the rooms have kitchenettes so it is a good place if needing a longer term stay in Colby. The bathroom isn't very big. Not really too much room to move around in there. There is a shower, no tub. Note that the motel appears to be a slightly upgraded former motor lodge. The parking is therefore intended for your average car.
Place is older looking on the outside but in the room you can tell they are updating everything. Very friendly guy that is running the hotel!!
Clean rooms , clean beds, good price. But, if your told that he has big truck parking, or big travel trailer parking he doesn't have it. You couldn't stay here. No street parking. Barely got in the small parking lot. Big dipped driveways. Other that that a good motel.
Great staff and they did great with the rooms and the maid does good with the rooms.
